While we do not offer refunds, we provide a guarantee for remakes within the first 60 days to ensure you receive the perfect pair of glasses that meet your needs.
Additionally, unmarked and unopened contact lens boxes may be exchanged for your current contact lens prescription, provided the original purchase was made through our office.
